Everything you do exists forever.

One day, you wake up and realize this is the truth: there isn’t anything you can choose that simply disappears, because energy is never destroyed. Everything you do exists. Therefore, every action is profound. There is no such thing as a small choice. And so you pray: God, don’t let me make a foolish choice.

Every moment of life offers an opportunity to see yourself more clearly—to understand how you move through the world and what is shaping your inner life. One of the most powerful ways to deepen this awareness is through spiritual direction: a space where your inner experience is witnessed with presence, where meaningful questions are asked, and where both your struggles and your gifts are held with care.
