Choice precedes physical action.

Try to put the act of choice in a box—show it, measure it, point to it. You can’t. And yet it is real, because something must occur before any action takes place. Every physical movement begins with an invisible decision—an energetic shift that sets forces into motion. Just as lifting an object can be measured in terms of force and effect, the choice that precedes it is equally real, even if it cannot be seen. It is the origin point, the unseen cause behind every visible outcome. Choice precedes physical action—you have to comprehend this.
