Therapy suits the ego, confession heals the soul

Padre Pio believed his calling was to hear confession, and he carried the true gift of tongues—able to understand any language spoken to him in that sacrament. What struck me was his mystical emphasis on the need to confess, the need to get this out. Therapy is not sufficient as a healing tool—it cannot go the distance. Therapy suits the ego; confession heals the soul.

I first met Norm Shealy many years ago at a gathering in Council Grove, Kansas. It was one of those unusual crossroads in life—no cameras, no outsiders—where people exchanged experiences not spoken of in ordinary settings. I was introduced to Norm as a young medical intuitive, and before long he asked me to read one of his patients. That was the beginning of our lifelong collaboration.
From those first readings I discovered what I call “energy mail”—e-mail. Information does not travel through time or distance; it arrives instantly, connecting me directly to a person’s energetic database. That’s how medical intuition works: it is precise, immediate, and not bound by geography.
Norm was a shield for me—protection and, gradually, a scientific, medical counterpart. Together we’ve contributed to medicine’s understanding of how the energetic-anatomical field mirrors and harmonizes with physical anatomy.
In this workshop, Norm and I will show you how that psychic internet operates and what it teaches us about health, mysticism, and healing. Through stories, demonstrations, case examples, and practical exercises you’ll learn to recognize the human energy system, interpret its messages, and apply those insights ethically in clinical and spiritual practice.
