Key Dates prior to the workshop
February 10, 2026 – Balance invoices will be issued
If you wish to pay your balance early, please contact us and we’ll issue your invoice.
March 24, 2026 – Balance payments due
April 7, 2026 – Retreat online forum opens.
April 10, 2026 – 50% cancellation fee in effect
May 24, 2026 – No refunds for cancellations after this date
Workshop Itinerary
Day 1 – Thursday, June 11
3:00 p.m. • Resort check-in opens
6:30 p.m. • Dinner
Guests arrive in Pau, France. Transfer to Hotel Parc Beaumont, check-in, and time to settle in. Evening at leisure.
Day 2 – Friday, June 12
First Excursion to Lourdes
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a full-day pilgrimage to Lourdes. Visit the Sanctuary and its sacred sites. Time for quiet reflection, candle offerings, and personal pilgrimage. Lunch included in Lourdes. Return to Pau in the late afternoon.

Day 6 – Tuesday, June 16
Second Excursion to Lourdes & Candlelight Procession
Morning free time in Pau. After lunch at the hotel, depart for an evening pilgrimage to Lourdes. Dinner included in Lourdes.
Marian Torchlight Procession – 9:00 PM
A moving tradition held nightly at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, where thousands gather with candles, prayers, and hymns. Return to Hotel Parc Beaumont following the procession.
Day 7 – Wednesday, June 17
Hotel Check-Out & Departure
Breakfast, check-out, and departures for onward travel.

Dietary Information
All meals will be provided from dinner June 11 through dinner June 16.

Extra nights at Hotel Parc Beaumont
We can extend a discounted rate for extra nights before or after the retreat. Any extra nights will be billed directly to you upon check-out. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Companions
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, non-attending companions are not permitted.
Transportation
For guests traveling from outside Europe, the easiest international gateway is Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).
From Paris, you have two main options to reach Pau:
Option 1 – Fly to Pau (Fastest & Easiest)
Take a connecting flight from CDG to Pau Pyrénées Airport (PUF) (approximately 1.5 hours). From Pau Airport, the hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride.
Option 2 – Train to Pau (Scenic & Comfortable)
Take a taxi or RER train from CDG into central Paris (Gare Montparnasse), then board a high-speed train (TGV) to **Gare de Pau. The train journey is approximately 4–5 hours. From the Pau train station, the hotel is a 5-10 minute taxi ride or about a 20-minute walk.
Workshop Terms & Conditions
Registration fees include all meals and single-occupancy hotel accommodations.
Travel expenses are not included.
CMED, LLC will make arrangements with the hotel on the attendee’s behalf.
Room upgrades are not available.
Rooms will be assigned from the block of rooms reserved for the event.
Attendees are advised not to contact the hotel to make reservations.
CMED, LLC is not responsible for any hotel reservations made by the attendee, or any additional expenses resulting from such reservations. CMED, LLC will not negotiate on the attendee’s behalf to discount, transfer, or waive any fees arising from any reservations made by the attendee.
Cancellation Policy
This policy is maintained rigorously to preserve our guest list with minimal changes.
- Cancellation at any time: Minimum $2,500 cancellation fee
- Cancellation after April 10, 2026: 50% of total workshop cost
- Cancellation after May 24, 2026: 100% of total workshop cost (no refund)
- No refunds for unused portions (missed meals, hotel nights, sightseeing)
We Strongly Recommend Travel Insurance
Given that you will lose at least $2,500 if you cancel for any reason—including medical emergencies, schedule conflicts, or travel complications—we strongly urge you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before registering.

Itinerary Changes
While rare, the itinerary may change due to unforeseen site closures. Suitable substitutions will be provided.
Video Release
Workshop days will be recorded and sold. By attending, you authorize CMED, LLC to record and distribute this content without compensation. To avoid being recorded, notify staff upon arrival for camera-free seating.
