I’m delighted to offer my insight, creativity, and knowledge as an archetypal consultant.

The Companion is one of my most powerful archetypes. Landing in my 5th House, it fuels my passion for companioning others on their archetypal journeys. In short, I do this work because I truly love it.

My first encounter with Caroline Myss in 2006 felt like a homecoming. Since then, her teachings have been a lens through which I understand my life and the world, and they continue to shape my own evolution. Archetypal exploration is a process of ongoing discovery. Each layer of understanding reveals new insights into oneself and one’s path.

Beyond my studies with CMED, I spent 20 years immersed in the teachings of Swami Sivananda Radha, including a transformative year at Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia, Canada. There, I engaged in deep personal inquiry, trained as a Hatha Yoga and Hidden Language (a symbolic approach to asanas) teacher, as well as a dream and kundalini teacher. Each of these is rooted in symbolism. Decoding the unique symbols that arise in one’s life is an important part of my approach.

I also incorporate the Enneagram system into my work, tailoring its insights to align with your archetypal journey.

My academic background: a BScN, BA in History, and MA in Health Education, grounds my work in both practicality and lived experience. As a visual artist, writer, and dedicated spiritual practitioner, I bring intuition, creativity, and mindful self-awareness to guide you with integrity and insight.
