Step 1: Take the Assessment (15–20 Minutes)
After purchase, you’ll go directly to the CHII questionnaire. The assessment has been redesigned to be more intuitive while maintaining the depth of Caroline’s framework. Your responses are held in complete confidentiality.
It’s best to complete the CHII when you’re feeling relatively calm and grounded. If you’re in crisis, you can retake it later to see how your patterns shift under different conditions.
