If someone hurts you, you get to the highest floor and say, I am not going to anchor this. So it’s you and me, God, because I refuse to let this become a wound. Find me a way out right now because I am not putting this in my soul. I don’t know why this happened. I’m not even going to ask it. All I want is this out of my system. Now this is how you pray. Pray like you’re crazy. Pray like you’re crazy.

The healing arts are now a part of our culture. They are a potpourri of old wisdom, ancient remedies, evolving knowledge, and modern science. But beyond the emerging alchemical pharmacy is the added evolutionary factor that we ourselves have changed—as has the world around us. We have shifted to the age of energy, to the age of the psyche and spirit. We have awakened our inner senses and are struggling to integrate intuition, emotional sensing, dream knowledge, and other energetic perceptions with the rational five senses so familiar to our physical body. Our intuition clearly tells us that we follow an inherent whole-system design that continually seeks balance—its center point—not unlike a ship constantly at sea.

In this workshop, I draw from both ancient understanding and current scientific research to explore how our thoughts influence our bodies and our lives. I share what I’ve learned by working with the human energy system—how spiritual power is accessed, how it moves through us, and how we can welcome it into our daily lives for health, guidance, and transformation.
