Today I am talking with Dr. Monica Sharma. Over the last month, I have had the pleasure, the honor, and the privilege of getting to know this marvelous woman.

I am thrilled to be teaching with Robert Holden again as we embark on “The Holy Journey” – a profound exploration of the archetypal quest that leads to personal growth and global transformation.

In the first session we study how trauma occurs biologically yet affects us at all levels of our being, and how, when left unmetabolized, the residue of wounds can be transmitted intergenerationally.

In my own work with healing, I have learned that we must go backward to move forward. We have to talk about our wounds, our childhood, and yesterday in order to get to today.

Yesterday, we presented class one of our journey “Purpose & The Enneagram.” And we began with a class on saying yes to our purpose and to living a purpose centered life – using the wisdom of the enneagram.

What is the Enneagram, and how can it help you live a purpose-centered life? Robert presents three primary ways you can work with the Enneagram to experience greater inspiration, meaning and purpose.

God is a force of creation. And this force of creation is best understood as the Power of Light, as consistent as law, and that the highest order of that light we experience is what we call love. And that love experienced between us, among us is in fact our human, visceral experience of what God feels like.

Something happened last night at dinner for the first time ever. One of the participants in my workshop asked me what number I was on the enneagram. And then the next thing I know, everyone at the table knew their number on the enneagram.
