Change is an energetic principle, not a physical one. In order to truly heal, you have to shift your energetic nature. That means understanding your anchors — the psychic weight you carry. The more weight you have, the longer you have to wait for everything, because that weight creates your relationship to time and to the speed at which change can happen. We are living in a time when the contrast between horizontal and vertical consciousness is becoming essential to understand. Buddha and Jesus are the great examples of living in pure vertical consciousness, fully present in the speed of light, the speed of intuition, the speed of knowing something instantly.

What does meaningful personal reflection require? How do you weigh short- and long-term consequences, and how do you move forward without demanding guarantees? Not a day goes by without making at least one significant choice. And when you understand the sacred power contained in even a single choice, you begin to realize that you are never without power, and never truly helpless.
