We will never finish healing.

Here’s a truth: we will never finish healing. There is no end point. Healing is not a project—it’s a lifestyle. What actually frightens us is realizing that the only control we have is over the speed of change, and that speed is regulated by the illusions we cling to. Illusions create psychic weight, and the more weight we carry, the slower time feels. Truth dissolves that weight, collapsing chronos and kairos into one, and that is how we become, in the language of the mystics—weightless. Healing can appear instantaneous—because we become both weightless and willing to wait.
