Dear All:
As many of you know, I am now busy working on a book entitled, "Invisible Acts of Power", which is an exploration into the nature of generosity, compassion, and the acts of service we do for each other...and those that have come our way. The stories so many of you shared were so remarkable that they need to go on to inspire others.
So here's a curious thing, and the reason I am sending this email out. What I noticed was that 98% of the letters were from women.... Now why is that, do you suppose? Obviously more women than men are "new agers" - just look at any audience anywhere in this field and you can see the more women than men attend. What I am wondering is if any men who are reading this would take a few moments and write up your experiences of how people stepped forward to help you out at critical times...or do something wonderful and unexpected that meant a great deal to you; or what you have done for others that made a difference in their lives. People are so grateful for stories of divine intervention or how help came at the 11th hour.... Your personal stories are like watching the spiritual truths of all traditions incarnate into the lives of the rest of us.... You have no idea how grateful people are to read about your experiences.... believe me when I tell you this. Your lives are inspirations. And ladies, any and all stories are welcomed, of course, and to those who already sent me your stories...I am sending you the biggest hug. I am so grateful to all of you.
