  • Every experience that we have contains purpose and meaning. Each event, each person in our lives embodies an energetic fragment of our own psyche and soul.
  • Learning to read the archetypal patterns that influence your energy is the natural complement to working with the energy of the chakras.
  • The energy that surrounds you, which is created by the chakras, contains all the data of your biology and your biography, so it makes sense that this energy would manifest in patterns of archetypes that affect your life.
  • It stands to reason that the further we stray from our true mission in life, the more frustrated we will become, and the more out of sync our energy will be.
  • By coming to know your mission, you can live your life in a way that makes the best use of your energy.
  • When you are working well with your energy, you are also making the best expression of your personal power. I call this living in accord with your Sacred Contract.
  • By developing symbolic sight and archetypal language, you will grasp the whole of your life with a level of spiritual clarity that can heal the emotional and spiritual wounds you have accumulated.
  • In a sense, each archetype represents a 'face' and 'function' of the Divine that manifests within each of us individually
  • Archetypal patterns awaken in us our own divine potential. They can liberate us from the limitations of our thoughts and feelings.
  • Archetypes can help us shed light on the dark or little-known corners of our souls and amplify our own brilliance and strengths.
  • Archetypes are a source of emotional, physical and spiritual power and can help us free ourselves from fear, although sometimes, when we first get to know them, a few of them may initially unleash fears within us.
  • Our spiritual challenge with any archetype - or fear - is to face it and recognize the opportunity it presents to learn its inherent lesson and develop an aspect of personal power.
  • With an archetype that we perceive as difficult or even malevolent, our task is to acknowledge it, overcome whatever weakness it indicates, and work to make its divine potential our own.

  • When you do not seek or need external approval, you are at your most powerful
  • Our life is laid out in steps and stages arranged in such a way that we always have the opportunity for spiritual transformation
  • Your Sacred Contract cannot be reduced to just one thing - one job, one relationship, one goal
  • To free yourself of enmeshment in anger or old wounds, you have to climb the ladder back up through the chakras until you can view a painful experience symbolically and objectively
  • Who from your present or past is in therapy getting over you, just as you've been getting over someone else?
  • The energy weight of our history affects the density of our biology
  • Fulfilling your highest potential actually means acting on your highest or deepest truth each moment of your life
  • View every experience as a blessing and a remedy that serves your well-being.
  • Illness can be a teacher, companion, or challenge-but not a punishment.

  • Enhance the whole of life today through your actions.
  • Follow your pain as if it were a candle in the night, leading you to a place of decision.
  • Memories are clever impostors, making it appear that an experience or relationship cannot be healed.
  • Choose one spiritual truth and live fully in harmony with it today.
  • Follow your mind, and observe where it goes to feed itself.
  • You create harmony by making choices that feel right to both mind and heart.
  • Healing requires that you admit the truth about yourself.
  • Embrace the changes in your life.
  • Celebrate all that is good and blessed about your life, realizing that gratitude is a powerful remedy.
  • It is easy to get lost in endless speculation.

  • Own your spiritual insecurities and lack of faith
  • Become mindful of your reasons to stay angry
  • You are where you are supposed to be and in every moment there is an opportunity to serve another or receive support
  • Any form of assistance you offer is an act of healing
  • Everything you do consciously is an invisible act of power
  • All of life's lessons can be summarized in one word: power
  • All of your physical and mental stress is rooted in issues of survival - concerns involving the lower three chakras
  • Your relationship to power is always the catalyst for doing something or not
  • We have to come to terms with our personal agendas and desires while on the path of impersonal, spiritual service
  • We have to extract from our vocabulary the word deserve, a third-chakra word that does nothing but cause suffering
  • It takes courage to become a warm-blooded, fourth-chakra intuitive
  • Abundance means more than money; it means sharing my talents, knowledge, kindness and love
  • To be unable to forgive is to live in hell, burdened, miserable, angry

  • Power is essential for healing and for maintaining health
  • Recognize how and why you sabotage your empowerment
  • Become mindful of whether you are unconsciously positively or negative
  • Observe what quality of information you feed your mind each day
  • Become mindful that every response in life is a choice.
  • Learn that you can control your psychic energy
  • Practice healthy nutrition
  • Reflect on matters of pride and ego. Where you are losing power because of “false pride”, recognize that is poison to your spirit and thus to your healing
  • Recognize how much stress is generated in your body through the need to control others
  • Observe whether you are pro-active as healing requires pro-active energy
  • Is your excuse real and if not, what is the real reason you postpone following your dream?
  • Practice the art of transformation through the power of grace
  • Practice the power of positive choice
  • Every one is capable of helping you to heal, as you are of helping them
  • Self-empowerment is extremely difficult and breaking negative habits are among the most challenging of healing tasks, but they are essential to break
  • Learn that the way to set change in motion is to bless and appreciate even the most difficult parts of our life
  • Recognize whether you love yourself enough to heal
  • Visualize yourself in the company of heaven every minute of this day
  • Use your wisdom and feel how powerful wisdom is when taken from thought into form
  • Explore whether you have deep seated reasons to want to postpone healing
  • Discover whether you enthusiastically support becoming a fully healthy you
  • Bring humor to everything that causes you stress today; this is a more empowered response
  • Practice visualization and to observe how easily distracted you are
  • Become aware of how easily distracted you are by meaningless thoughts and emotions. You can choose to release them at any time
  • Realize you have the choice to empower yourself in each moment
  • Observe how much worrying affects your health and to counter the stress of worry with prayer and positive action

  • The world becomes a vessel of the Divine when you see the Divine in all things

  • Appreciate the Divine details that are woven into every second of your life
  • Sometimes the strings to our past are burned because we need a new beginning
  • We grow primarily through our challenges, especially those life-changing moments when we begin to recognize aspects of our nature that make us different from the family and culture in which we have been raised.
  • A breakthrough occurs when you realize you are more energy than matter.
  • A calling is not a job, a career, or an occupation, but a pursuit that transcends ordinary life.
