Dear Travelers

This is your information packette for the Myss Israel tour 2008. Please read through all of the information in this packette very carefully. We hope that you enjoy the travel bag and luggage tag, our gift to you for joining us on this wonderful excursion.

It is extremely important that you bring with you 5 copies of your passport. Regrettably, due to the clarity of some of the copies that we received, we were unable to make the necessary copies that we will need for each hotel. I will collect 4 copies from those who are traveling with us on the group flight out of NY at the airport when you check in with us. Please have these copies readily available in your carry-on to turn in to me. Those that are meeting us at the Crowne Plaza in Jerusalem, I will collect 3 copies from you at the opening registration dinner as you will use one of your copies when you arrive and check in at the hotel on your own. Everyone should have 1 copy left to keep with you in your travel bag for everywhere you go. Again, this is a very important detail as it will make all remaining hotel check-ins run much more smoothly and it will make the process much faster. Those without the necessary copies will be last in line for receiving their rooms at each hotel. Also, extremely important to verify your expiration date on your passport. Israel has the 6 month rule; if it expires within 6 months of the trip, it needs to be renewed. They do not consider it valid if it is expiring within 6 months of our trip. I have contacted a few travelers who I know that this will affect, but please double check your passports!!

BUS COLOR (Available in your packet)

Note your bus color. This will be the bus that you are assigned to for the duration of the tour. We have done our best with the information provided to get you together with friends and family. There will not be any alterations to the bus rosters once the trip has begun. Again, this is another aspect which will help us to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

Please not our departure time and allow sufficient time for check-in and security. We do not have the power to hold up the flight!! There will not be physical tickets issued. You will register at the El Al ticketing counter with your passport id. If you would like to confirm your flight before, you can email Hal@ayelet.com. Again, no physical tickets are being issued but he can verify that you have a seat reserved with the group flight.

LUGGAGE
Just a reminder that you are allowed only 1 suitcase (50lbs max) and 1 carry-on bag. Space is limited during the bus travel ~ no exceptions! There will be laundry services available at the hotels we are staying at.
