We are starting to make many of the final arrangements and finishing touches to our upcoming Israel tour.

Here are a few pieces of information for you and a few more things that we will need from you at your earliest convenience.

Balance Payment –
Everyone’s balance payment is due on or before August 21st. This payment can be made through the website Shop, under the CMED Institute store category. You will need to pay the balance for the room type that you registered for with your deposit payments. Room types can not be changed at this time. Balance payments due: Single room - $4085, Double room - $3400

For those that are not using the group flights, you will need to enter the coupon code: flight to credit for purchasing your own flight. Please note that the system is case sensitive, it is all lower case letters with no spaces.

Luggage – all travelers will be allowed 1 carry-on bag and 1 suitcase. The checked suitcase will have a weight restriction of 50lbs (23kg). There will be no exceptions.

Attire – Clarification on attire has been requested. We are recommending that all pants, shorts or skirts cover the knee. Shirts should be short sleeved for daytime and cover the shoulders.

The following are two items that we need from you by July 30th. Please fax a VERY clear copy of both to 815.220.8738

1. Copy of your Passport

We have already received a number of signed waivers. Please send me an email if you need to confirm that we have received your waiver at cindy@myss.com
