We are starting to make many of the final arrangements and finishing touches to our upcoming Israel tour.

There are a few pieces of information that we will need from you at your earliest convenience. Please forward me the following information in an email:

1. Passport Information – Name, number and expiration date
2. Group Travel – Please let us know if you are traveling with others or on your own.
3. Flight Information – For those NOT using the CMED group flights from New York. I will need your flight numbers, times and dates, both arrivals and departures. If you need assistance with hotels for early arrivals or late departures that do not coincide with the group reservations, we will be putting you in contact with Gershon. He will help you with these arrangements if you are extending days that are not included in our trip package.
4. Mailing address - I will be mailing out a trip package to everyone shortly, please include a current mailing address.

Luggage – all travelers will be allowed 1 carry-on bag and 1 suitcase. The checked suitcase will have a weight restriction of 50lbs (23kg). There will be no exceptions.

Attire - temperature will be warm during the days and cooler in the evenings. The conservative approach is most widely accepted. Contact david@smithevents.com for any questions regarding attire.

Connecting Flights – As noted in our last newsletter, connecting flights can be arranged for those that are on the group flights. There are two main benefits: a possible cheaper flight as it is considered an “add on flight” instead of an additional separate flight; and with this add on flight, bags can usually be checked all the way through to our Israel destination.
